This project included construction of three Type V apartment buildings (2, 3 and 4 floors) over two single-level, below-grade garage concrete podiums. Building A consists of  47 units, Building B, 49 units and Building C 88 units for a project total of 184 apartment units. The garages comprises 228 parking spaces.

Amenity spaces include construction of a leasing office, clubhouse, fitness center with floating floor and pool/spa area all located on the podium deck, along with a rooftop deck common area atop Building B. Site work for the 3.5-acre project includes reconfiguring of streets, curb, gutter and sidewalk, replacement and construction of site utilities, new paseo pathway and additional off-site and BPAC work.
